If you live anywhere near the South Bay, you really should check this out. I have gone for the past 10 years or so. It is 8 hours of Bob Dylan songs, with no repeats, and performed by 60 musicians. It is hosted by Andy and Renee and their band Hard Rain.
Go to the link in the above for more info. If you plan to go, let me know, I would love to meet your there for a day of music and catching up.
Below is a sample of the music you will hear at Dylanfest.

The above flyer describes the 2016 3rd Annual Leuzinger Summer Reunion Party hosted by Gini. The reunion party has grown larger and more popular each year. It is being held on Saturday, September 24th beginning at 4:00 pm.
The flyer includes most of the details about the party, including local hotels.
The cost to host the event has risen as it has grown. In fact, last year the hat had to be passed primarily due to some last minute cancellations. So for this year, the cost had to be increased to $50 per person, and a more formal reservation process has been adopted. The cost includes catered food and plenty to drink.
To RSVP, please do the following:
Mail your check directly to Gini, whose address is shown on the flyer.
As you do that, please email Ron Secory letting him know how many people your reservation is for. He is keeping the master list of attendees. Also include your preference to receive the Photo DVD or the Audio CD or both disks.
The deadline for reservations is September 3rd.
The maximum number of people Gin’s home can accommodate is 150. It is quite possible that the interest for this year will exceed that. So get your reservations in early so as not to be shut out.
Like last year, a photo DVD and CD of Oldies But Goodies, containing scores of songs from our time at Leuzinger are included in the $50. Ron Secory produced the audio CD last year and promises this year’s version will be not include any repeat songs.
On September 19th, Gini Yegsigian hosted the the second annual LHS Summer Reunion Party. This year the party was open to the graduating classes of 1961-1964.
About 70 people attended this year, which was a tremendous increase over last year’s group. I suspect future editions are going to be the must-attend event of the summer.
If you were not able to attend this year, there is an 11-minute DVD that will clearly show you the fun you missed. The DVD was compiled and produced from the many photos contributed by several people by Ron Secory and Don Stouder. Those who went to the reunion will be receiving their DVD shortly.
For those of you who were not able to attend, you can receive a copy for $5 by sending a check payable to Don Stouder at the address below.
